1.1 Delivery Areas

Blink Grocery delivers across India to serviceable pincodes. You can check delivery availability by entering your pincode during checkout or on our homepage.

1.2 Delivery Timelines

We offer multiple delivery options based on your location:

  • Same-Day Delivery: Available in select pincodes within Ahmedabad and nearby areas. Orders placed before 12:00 PM will be delivered the same day.
  • Express Delivery (1-2 days): Available for most areas within Gujarat and neighboring states.
  • Standard Delivery (2-4 days): Available for other locations across India.

Estimated delivery times are shown at checkout and may vary based on product availability, location, and unforeseen circumstances.

1.3 Delivery Charges

  • Free delivery on orders above ₹500
  • ₹40 delivery charge for orders below ₹500
  • Express delivery charges may apply for same-day or priority deliveries (shown at checkout)

1.4 Delivery Process

Once your order is confirmed, you will receive:

  • Order confirmation via email and SMS
  • Tracking link when your order is dispatched
  • Delivery updates via SMS
  • Notification when the delivery executive is nearby

1.5 Failed Delivery Attempts

If delivery cannot be completed due to:

  • Incorrect or incomplete address
  • Customer unavailability
  • Refused delivery

We will attempt to contact you and reschedule delivery. After 2 failed attempts, the order may be cancelled and refunded as per our refund policy.

2. Returns Policy

2.1 Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns only in the following cases:

  • Damaged Products: Items received in damaged, broken, or deteriorated condition
  • Wrong Items: Incorrect products delivered
  • Missing Items: Items missing from your order
  • Quality Issues: Products that are expired, spoiled, or do not meet quality standards

2.2 Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned once delivered:

  • Items opened, used, or consumed
  • Products delivered as per order specifications with no quality or damage issues
  • Perishable items beyond 24 hours of delivery

2.3 Return Timeline

Returns must be initiated within 24 hours of delivery. To request a return:

  2. Provide your order ID and photos of the issue (for damaged or wrong items)
  3. Our team will verify and approve the return request

2.4 Return Process

Once your return is approved:

  • Our delivery executive will collect the item during the next delivery slot or as scheduled
  • Items must be returned in original packaging (where applicable)
  • Refund or replacement will be processed after verification

3. Refund Policy

3.1 Refund Methods

Approved refunds will be processed via:

  • Original Payment Method: Refund to the original mode of payment
  • Store Credit: Credit to your Blink Grocery account wallet (if preferred)

3.2 Refund Timeline

  • Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days after verification
  • Bank refunds may take an additional 5-7 business days depending on your bank
  • Store credits are instant once approved

3.3 Refund Amount

  • Full refund for wrong, damaged, or missing items
  • Full refund if order is cancelled before dispatch
  • Delivery charges refunded only if the issue was due to our error

4. Cancellation Policy

4.1 Customer-Initiated Cancellation

You can cancel your order:

  • Before Dispatch: Full refund will be processed
  • After Dispatch: Cancellation not possible. You may refuse delivery and request a refund (subject to verification)

4.2 Company-Initiated Cancellation

We reserve the right to cancel orders due to:

  • Product unavailability
  • Pricing or technical errors
  • Suspected fraudulent activity
  • Delivery constraints

In such cases, you will be notified immediately and a full refund will be processed.

5. Replacement Policy

For damaged, wrong, or quality-related issues, you may opt for:

  • Replacement: We will deliver a replacement item at no extra cost (subject to availability)
  • Refund: Full refund if replacement is not possible or preferred

Replacement requests must be made within 24 hours of delivery.
